My name is Deepti Sharma, I was suffering from cervical neck pain for almost 7–8 months, and the pain was also spreading to my back. Because of this, I was facing a lot of difficulty in sitting and doing daily work. I live in Pan Oasis Society, Sector 70 Noida, and through reference I came to know about Dr. Nikki Tyagi from Rehab Maxx Physiotherapy Clinic.
When I visited her, she listened to my problems very carefully and explained the reasons behind the pain in a very simple and clear way. She also shared how the treatment and exercises will help me to recover. I started my treatment under her guidance and continued it for around 27 days. The exercises and therapies she gave were very effective, and slowly my neck and back pain reduced. Now the pain has almost vanished, and I feel much more comfortable in my routine life.
She has also advised me to continue with some strengthening exercises to avoid the problem in future and to keep my muscles strong.
